What if I don’t like it? Can I return it?

We’re confident you’ll love your Roavana product. But if it’s not the right fit for you, we offer a 90-day free return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging.

About refund policy?

We stand behind our gear and want you to feel confident on every trip. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To qualify:

• Items must be in like-new condition: clean, undamaged, and free from stains or signs of wear.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging.

• A $15 return and processing fee applies per order.

• All return requests must be submitted via email to contact@nomayastudio.com

• Once approved, you’ll receive a return label, please use it within 7 days.

Tip: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Unopened items: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

• Opened or lightly used items: Eligible for a refund or store credit, provided they are still in like-new condition.

• Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days at contact@nomayastudio.com

Include the following:

• Clear photos of the damage

• A photo of the SKU label on the packaging

Approved claims will be replaced with the same product, size, and color.

Claims submitted after 7 days or without proper documentation may not be eligible.

About shipping information?
Order Processing Time

Please note we require 3–5 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible! Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your region. Please also consider public holidays that may affect shipping.

Pre-Orders& Backorders

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items,
we will ship available items right away and send the rest as soon as they're in
stock. So if you receive only part of your order, don’t worry — the rest is on
the way!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email
and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. Please allow
3–5 business days] for tracking info to become available. If you don’t see the
email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping
